Full Moon: Her Luminous Abundance
The Moon and Sun are opposite one another in the sky at Full Moon. She is in the opposite sign of the zodiac to the Sun. Her light is total. She rises as the Sun sets. This is a time of abundance and the culmination of action(s). She now represents a time of fulfillment and celebration of what we have accomplished. Her opposition to the Sun creates great tension; it also activates awareness and objectivity. The energy is outward and must be expressed. If the energy is unchallenged we are likely to feel tense, overwhelmed and somewhat loony. The moment after Full Moon she begins waning.
